Jewelry is one of the oldest and most intimate art forms, often carrying its own history, power and meaning. Much of its enchanting qualities lie in the fact that one can touch, feel, and above all, wear it. Jewelry is much more than an accessory; it is a form of expression that can illuminate a moment in time by revealing personal connotations, not only of the wearer and the designer, but also of the culture in which it was created . All of these incredible characteristics are but a mere fraction of why jewelry is so special to me.
I have loved jewelry since I was a little girl. I treasure every piece I own for various reasons, more often for sentimental than intrinsic value. Although jewelry is my passion, I also hope to make some good of this venture. I donate a portion of my proceeds to cancer research because nearly everyone I love has been touched by cancer in some capacity, and I would be honored to be a part of the solution.
